How does it work?
Step 1
We arrange an initial phone conversation to get an understanding of your current fitness levels, your goals and your training history.
Step 2
We discuss your past data and to arrange tests to assess your current fitness levels. We evaluate your weekly availability for training. Discuss any goals, planned races and what your expectations are for the season ahead.
Step 3
Based on this information I will provide a personalised training plan for you delivered via Training Peaks. Each session will be recorded and you can upload any comments for my review and feedback.
Step 4
We are in constant contact to ensure your are progressing and are on the right path. You will receive regular feedback via Training Peaks, phone or WhatsApp, helping you to progress, improve and achieve your goals. All training is adjusted to suit you, your lifetstyle and your goals.
