Nutritional Therapy

Nutritional therapy uses evidence based information to help you make dietary changes that help improve your health. This may include changing your eating habits, eating a more balanced diet and improving your activity level.

I also look at health-related symptoms and determine if these are exacerbated by by deficiencies in certain vitamins and minerals. My aim is to find the root cause of symptoms or already diagnosed illnesses and treat them through dietary changes and or the addition of certain supplements, as required.
